For the most part, consumers repair or retrofit their skylights or canopies when  there’s a fundamental problem.  Perhaps there’s leaking or structural damage.  The obvious problems are easy to see.  It’s the surprises that can completely change the nature of a retrofit from seemingly simple to complex and costly.  Sometimes, there’s just no way to tell until you begin opening up the walls and areas surrounding the affected site.

Typical retrofits include single or multiple skylight replacement of failed glazing right through to complete skylight replacement including, in some cases, the substructure in order to ensure a weather tight and energy efficient skylight for years to come.

We also perform upgrades and additions to existing residences to incorporate natural lighting into the new design. When you want to bring the outdoors in, incorporating enclosed solariums and covered glass canopies that extend the living area are ideal solutions.
